Bad Santa, meet Krampus: a half-goat, half-demon, horrific beast who literally beats people into being nice and not naughty.He comes with a chain and bells that he lashes about, along with a bundle of birch sticks meant to swat naughty children. He then hauls the bad kids down to the underworld.  
Where Did “Krampus” come from? Most anthropologists agree that the tradition is pre-Christian, going back to pagan mythology. Over time, the deity that Krampus originated from was corrupted into the mischievous, child-terrorizing ghoul we see today. Traditionally, St. Nicholas and Krampus appear together, working as a team. St. Nicholas rewards the good children, while Krampus punishes the naughty ones.

This is my second take on this character, his depiction closer to the Christmas holidays is already becoming a tradition and I really enjoy it!
